CoopSolve is cooperative management software delivered as a cloud service. It handles the financial and administrative work of running a society — loan disbursement and collection, savings, payments, membership records and reporting — so your executives stop running the cooperative out of spreadsheets and paper ledgers.
Your records live securely in the cloud, so several people can work at once from a desktop, phone or tablet. CoopSolve is built and operated by Firstlincoln Technologies Limited.
The ones societies bring to us most often:
CoopSolve replaces all of that with one system of record, where members, executives and auditors each see the part that belongs to them.
No. CoopSolve is operated by secretaries, treasurers and administrators — not developers. Hosting, updates, backups and security are ours to worry about, and training for your staff is part of implementation.
It runs societies from a few dozen members to several thousand. Aidlife Cooperative alone onboarded over 5,000 members on CoopSolve.
The right plan depends on your size and your model, so tell us roughly how many members you have and what kind of society you run.
The whole lifecycle, with the checks built in:
Monthly Savings sets each member’s contribution, records deposits and withdrawals, and tracks shared capital, with interest applied automatically.
Special Savings handles targeted plans — land, housing, or any member goal. Set targets, watch progress in real time, print statements filtered by date, and switch on auto-target monitoring that alerts members when they hit their goal.
Real accounting. Full double-entry, with bills, profit and loss, chart of accounts, ledger posting, trial balance, receivables, account management and reporting.
The chart of accounts is customisable and IFRS-aligned, and the module handles multicurrency, payroll, taxation and amortisation. Everything exports to Excel, CSV or PDF.
This is a separately priced module rather than part of the base subscription.
Yes, and this is usually the change members notice first. Each member gets a secure login on web and mobile where they can check savings and loan balances, apply for a loan, track the application, pay by card or wallet, buy from the cooperative e-store and receive SMS and email alerts.
They stop calling the secretary to ask what their balance is.
Yes. The e-voting module controls voter eligibility, ballot configuration and access, with multi-factor authentication available for voters. Vote tallies and result certification require verification by more than one authorised person, and workflows can be configured to match your bylaws.
Yes. The e-store handles product listings, stock tracking, pricing, orders, promotions and discounts, posting straight through to the finance module so sales, tax and revenue record themselves.
A separate inventory and store management module with POS is available for societies running a supermarket or mini-store.
Reports by category, date range and user role — transaction summaries, sales analytics, inventory movement, member activity logs and audit-ready documentation, synchronised with the accounting module.
All of it exports to Excel, CSV or PDF for board packs and statutory filing.
Yes — onboarding, role assignment, attendance, appraisals, leave, disciplinary and training records, integrated with the finance module for payroll, tax and benefits.
Yes, and it matters more than most societies expect. You set authorisation levels per staff member so only approved people reach specific functions, and the Back Office dashboard tracks access by employee and by member so anomalies surface.
Sensitive figures such as profit margins can be hidden from users who do not need them, and logins can be restricted to acceptable IP ranges.
Three subscription modules, chosen by the kind of organisation you run:
Full detail is in the engagement form: coopsolve.com/Onboarding_Service_Engagement_Form_and_Pricing.pdf
On the COOP module it is member count × ₦2,400 for the year. So 300 members is ₦720,000 a year; 1,000 members is ₦2,400,000.
Optional modules — accounting, white-label apps, data migration — are priced separately below.
ESUSU. It is built for the esusu or ajo model where a collector takes small contributions each day, and it is priced on transactions rather than per member: 25% of the first transaction from every customer per savings cycle, plus a one-off ₦250,000 setup fee.
Annual. The ₦200 per member figure is expressed monthly for clarity, but it is billed as ₦2,400 per member for the year.
Yes. Members see your cooperative’s name and logo rather than ours, with all the same savings, loan and payment functionality running on CoopSolve underneath.
Cards link to the member’s wallet and virtual account. Transaction charges are separate from the hardware cost.
Commercial terms for larger societies are agreed directly with our team. Send your member numbers to info@coopsolve.com or call 08023698610 and they will put a proposal together.
These are per transaction and separate from your subscription:
Payout, wallet and collection figures are quoted VAT exclusive. Full schedule: coopsolve.com/Coopsolve_Transaction_Fee.pdf
VAT exclusive.
0.5% of the amount, capped at ₦350. So funding ₦20,000 costs ₦100; funding ₦500,000 costs the ₦350 cap rather than 0.5%.
Paystack and Remita. Remita accepts all cards issued by any Nigerian bank and all MasterCard or Visa cards issued anywhere, uses Chip & PIN, and supports pay-by-account, recurring card payments and one-off web payments, with daily transaction alerts and an online portal.
Seven days, no credit card, no commitment. You get the core platform: cloud storage, loan management, the member portal, savings and financial reports, online payments, e-store and inventory, and SMS and email integration.
Start at coopsolve.com/register.php
Complete the Onboarding Service Engagement Form, sign it, and return it with payment or evidence of payment of the setup fee.
The form asks for your cooperative name, contact details, membership strength and number of branches; name, post, phone and email for at least two executives; and the subscription module you want.

For a full subscription, yes — sign-up requires CAC and cooperative registration documents.
If your society is not registered yet, take the seven-day trial to see whether the platform fits, and speak to us on 08023698610 about where you stand.
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons societies come to us. We migrate member records, savings history and loan history from paper, Excel or another platform. ACCI Cooperative moved across from BankOne with zero data loss.
Migration of Excel data under 500MB is priced at ₦250,000. Larger or more complex migrations are quoted on requirement.
Not at all — most societies we onboard start there. Historical loans are entered through the Populate Loan tool: you enter the member, the dates the repayment ran and the amounts deposited, and the system cumulates the data and rebuilds each member’s position for every date the transaction ran.
No financial history is lost in the switch.
It depends on your size and whether you are migrating history. A straightforward setup with a modest member list moves quickly; years of loan and savings history take longer.
Book a demo and our team will look at your data and give you a realistic timeline rather than a marketing one.
Tell us your name, phone number, email, organisation, what you would most like to see, and the date and time that suits you — we will confirm your slot by email and phone.
Book at coopsolve.com/demo or call 08023698610.
One of our team walks you through the platform live, built around what you told us matters — loans, savings, the member portal, accounting, reporting, or whatever your society struggles with today.
It is a conversation, not a presentation. Bring your awkward edge cases.
Two ways. Watch the recorded walkthroughs, or take the seven-day trial at coopsolve.com/register.php with no card required.
Several controls working together:
Yes — for all users or selected ones, with two-step verification when someone signs in from an unrecognised device. You can also enforce password changes, set session timeouts, and restrict logins to specific IP ranges.
Yes — data is processed in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation. Our privacy policy is at coopsolve.com/privacy and our terms at coopsolve.com/terms.
For detailed data-protection questions — processing agreements, breach notification, data residency — call 08023698610 and our team will go through them with you.
Your cooperative’s data belongs to your cooperative. For the contractual detail on ownership, export and what happens at the end of a subscription, our terms are at coopsolve.com/terms and our team can walk you through them on 08023698610.
On both stores. Members check balances, apply for loans, make payments and receive notifications from the app.
A white-label version branded to your own cooperative is available as an add-on.
Every member gets a virtual account linked to their cooperative wallet. Members credit the account, repay loans, make payments and withdraw against their balance.
The cooperative can push money the other way too — crediting wallets automatically for dividends, refunds or savings contributions.
Yes. After one successful card transaction, a member can set a standing order authorising automatic debits daily, weekly or monthly — for savings, loan repayments or service fees. VISA, MasterCard and Verve are all supported.
This is what takes the load off your secretary and treasurer.
